AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED CITY
ORDINANCE 10.12.120 SUB SECTION 3 AND REPEALING AUBURN CODIFIED CITY
ORDINANCE NO. 10.12.120 SUB SECTION 4, RELATING TO INCREASES AND
DECREASES ON STATE HIGHWAYS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 10.12.120 sub section 3, relating
to increases and decreases on State highways, which reads as follows:
"A" Street Southeast (sign Route 167), from its
intersection with 6th Street Southeast southerly
to its intersection with 17th Street Southeast ..............35 mph
at all times"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"A" Street Southeast, from its intersection with
6th Street Southeast southerly to the south city
limits ......................................................40 mph
at all times"
Section 2. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 10.12.120 sub section 4, relating
to increases and decreases on State highways, which reads as follows:

to the south city-limits ....................................45 mph

is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
