ORDINANCE NO. 3 5 6 9
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
TWIN FIRS TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE
WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Plat of TWIN FIRS located on a parcel of land at
the southwest corner of 29th and "R" Street Southeast, to the City of Auburn,
which plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, and
which plat is a plat of the following described property, to-wit:
The NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of Sec 20, Twp 21 N, R 5 EWM in King County, WA. Except
the W 150 ft and the S 150 ft thof; and Except the E
30 ft as deeded to the City of Auburn for "R" St. under
King County recording # 5896172; and Except that por
deeded to the City of Auburn for 29th St. SE under King
County Recording # 7107090487. (Also known as Tract #1
of City of Auburn Short Plat No. SP-1-76 King County
Recording Number 7603080082.)
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved
by this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
