AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
GOADS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON
FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Plat of GOADS ADDITION located on a 2.22 acre parcel
of land at the northeast corner of Auburn Way South and Hemlock Street Southeast,
to the City of Auburn, which plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City of
Auburn, Washington, and which plat is a plat of the following described property,
to-wit:
The N 630 ft of the W 330 ft of the SW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Sec 21, Twp 21 N, R 5 EWM, Less the E
140 ft, Less the N 75 ft, Less Streets, situated
in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of WA.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved
by this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3570 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF GOADS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FIIE WITH THE CIERK
OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
I certify that said Ordinance No. 3570 was duly passed by the
Council and approved by the Ma or of the said City of Auburn, on thelst

I further certify that said Ordinance No. 3570 was published as
provided by law in the Daily Globe News, a daily newspaper published in the
City of Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on the 11th day of
December, A.D., 1980
