AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF "McLAUGHLIN COURT"
LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF "M" STREET S.E. IN THE 3400 BLOCK,
WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn city
Council held on May 17, 1993, the Auburn City Council approved
the Final Plat of McLaughlin Court subdivision, Application
No. PLT0008-90, based on the following:
FINDINGS OF FACT
The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
with the Preliminary Plat approved by
Resolution No. 2150 and all applicable
conditions have been met. "McLaughlin Court" is
an 8 lot single family subdivision located on
the east side of "M" Street S.E. in the 3400
block.
The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
with the City's engineering standards.
Ail of the required improvements have been
constructed and accepted by the City of Auburn.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Final Plat is in compliance and in
conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
Division Ordinances and other applicable land
use controls.

2. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
Plan.
3. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter
58.17 RCW.
Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions
of Law,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
CITY OF AUBURN,
Seotion 1. The Plat of McLaughlin Court, located on the
east side of "M" Street S.E. in the 3400 block, within the
city of Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file with the
City Clerk of the city

That portion of the west quarter of 'the
west quarter of the northwest quarter of
the southeast quarter of Section 130,
Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.,
lying north of Willis Road (South 36¢th
Street);
EXCEPT the north 432 feet thereof;
AND EXCEPT the south 180 feet thereof;
AND EXCEPT the west 30 feet thereof for
road;
Situate in the City of Auburn, County of
King, State of Washington.

Section 2. Pursuant to the RCW 58.17.170, tile final plat
conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
applicable state and local laws.
Section 3. Upon the passage, approval and publication of
this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk of the city
of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the
office of the King County Auditor.
Section 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval
publication, as provided by law.
