AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF "LYMAN'S FARM
ADDITION" LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF "K" STREET S.E. WITHIN
THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON. '
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
Council held on October 3, 1994, the Auburn City Council
approved the Final Plat "Lyman's Farm Addition to Auburn,,
subdivision, Application No. PLT0001-92, based on the
following:
FINDINGS OF FACT
The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
with the Preliminary Plat approved by
Resolution No. 2366 and all applicable
conditions have been met. "Lyman's Farm
Addition to Auburn" is a 21-lot single family
subdivision located on the northwest corner of
23rd and "K" Street S.E.
The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
and Land Division Ordinance and is onslstent
with the City,s engineering standards.
Ail of the required improvements haw~ been
constructed and accepted by the City of Auburn.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Final Plat is in compliance and in
conformity with applicable Zoning and[ Land
Division Ordinances and other applicable land
use controls.

2. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
Plan.
3. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter
58.17 RCW.
Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions
of Law,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Plat of Lyman's Farm Addition to Auburn,
a 21-lot single-family subdivision containing 3.70 acres,
located at the northwest corner of 23rd and "K" Street S.E,
within the City of Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file
with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and wlhich plat is
legally described as follows, is hereby approved based on the
above stated Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law which are
hereby adopted.
The North 198 feet of South 924 feet and
south 51 feet of North 396 feet of West
660 feet of SW ~ of SE ~ of Section 19,
Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.

Section Z. Pursuant to the RCW 58.17.170, the final plat
conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
applicable state and local laws.
