AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DETERMINING AND FIXING THE AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY
AD VALOREM TAXES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995 FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF R.C.W. 35A.33.135.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
35A.33.135, the Auburn City Council and Auburn Finance
Director have considered the financial requirements for the
ensuing fiscal year of 1995 and the Auburn City Council
herewith determines and fixes the amount to be raised by ad

221 1986 GO Street & Parks $1,449,700
621 LID Guarantee $ 100,000

$1,549,700
Seetlon 2. In order to avoid unnecessary interfund loans
caused by uneven cash flow requirements for tax supported
funds, the Finance Director is hereby authorized to allocate
individual property tax receipts in a manner that eliminates
interfund loans.
