AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 13.04.360 PERTAINING TO CITY OF AUBURN
WATER RATES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 13.04.360, entitled "Rates--
Generally,' of the Auburn City Code, be amended as follows:
13.04.360 Rates - Generally.
Effective the first billing of January ((i99~)) 1995, the
monthly rates for water supplied by meter shall be as
follows:

Provided, however, that thirty-seven percent shall be
added to all rates for water delivered outside the city
limits. City of Auburn utility taxes are included in the
monthly rate.

such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directions of this legislation.
