AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTIONS 10.36.380 ENTITLED ~ONE-HOUR
PARKING ZONES" AND 10.36.390 ENTITLED ~TWO-NOUR PARKING ZONES"
CONTAINED IN AUBURN CITY CODE CHAPTER 10.36 ENTITLED
"STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING", TO ELIMINATE CERTAIN
SECTIONS OF 4TH STREET NORTHEAST AND "J" STREET NORTHEAST FROM
ONE-HOUR PARKING RESTRICTIONS AND TO ELIMINATE A CERTAIN
SECTION OF EAST MAIN STREET FROM TWO-HOUR PARKING
RESTRICTIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
~. Auburn City Code Sections 10.36.380 entitled
'One-hour parking zones" and 10.36.390 entitled ~Two-hour
parking zones" contained in Auburn City Code Chapter 10.36
entitled 'Stopping, Standing and Parking", are hereby amended
to eliminate certain sections of 4th Street Northeast and 'J"
Street Northeast from one-hour parking restrictions and to
eliminate a certain section of East Main Street from two-hour
parking restrictions as set forth on attached Exhibits UA" and
~B", which Exhibits are incorporated herein by this reference.
~ The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directions of this legislation.

10.36.380 One-hour parking zones.
A one-hour parking limit without meters is established on the
following streets, which one-hour parking limit shall exist
from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily, excluding Sundays and
holidays:
1st Street Northeast, north side between Auburn Way North and
a point 106 feet west.
1st Street Northeast, south side between "B" Street Northeast
and Auburn Way North.
1st Street Northeast, south side between North Division Street
and Auburn Avenue.
1st Street Northwest, both sides between the west curbline of
"A" Street Northwest and the east curbline of "B" Street
Northwest.
4th Street Northeast, south side, beginning at a point 108
feet west of the west curbline of "J" Street Northeast
easterly to a point 78 feet east of the west curbline of "J"
street Northeast.
4th Street Northeast, south side, beginning at a point 35 feet
east of the east curbline of "E" Street Northeast easterly to
a point 245 feet east of the east curbline of "E" Street
Northeast.
4th Street Northeast, north side beginning at a point 200 feet
east of the curbline of "E" Street Northeast and continuing
easterly to a point 120 feet west of the west curbline of "H"
Street Northeast.
"A" Street Northwest and Southwest, both sides from the first
