WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City Council held on April 15, 1996, the Auburn City Council approved the Final Plat of RIVERWALK, DIVISION I, Application No. PLT0001-94, based on the following: The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance with the Preliminary Plat approved by Resolution No. 2587 and all applicable conditions have been met. Riverwalk, Division I is a 27-1ot single family subdivision located south of Howard Road and west of the Forest Ridge neighborhood. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent with the City's engineering standards. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW. Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ~ The Plat of Riverwalk, Division I is a 27-1ot single family subdivision located south of Howard Road and west of the Forest Ridge neighborhood, within the City of Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and which plat is legally described on the attached Exhibit "A", is hereby approved. ~ Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the final plat conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and applicable state and local laws.
