ORDINANCE NO. 4864
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CITY CODE TITLE 5,, BUSINESS
LICENSES AND REGULATIONS, BY AMENDING CHAPTERS I, GENERAL
PROVISIONS, CHAPTER 5.10, GENERAL BUSINESS REGISTRATIONS,
SECTIONS 5.10.030, REGISTRATION FEE TERM NOTICES
EXEMPTIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Auburn City Code Title 5, Business Licenses and
Regulations, specifically Section 5.10.030(B) and Section 5.10.030 (C), is
hereby amended to read as follows:
5.10.030 Registration - Fee- Term - Notices- Exemptions
B. All registrations shall be renewable on June 30th of each
year. The city clerk shall send notice of renewals to each
registration holder by June 1st of each year. ThE; registration
renewal fee shall be as follows:
1. If the registration fee is paid prior to June 30, the shall be
$5.09;25.00,
2. If paid after June 30th, this fee shall be $25.0,%45.00,
C. A duplicate registration shall be issued by the city clerk to
replace any registration previously issued whicJh has been
lost, stolen, defaced or destroyed, upon the filing of an
affidavit attesting to such fact and the paying to the city clerk
of a fee of $~..90.5.00.

.,~ The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the direction of
this legislation.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
