3 A~T ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COURCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF L~KELAND HILLS,
4 DIVISION NO. 12, PHASE I, LOCATED EAST OF LAKELAND HILLS,
5 DIVISION NO. 2, WITHIN LAKELAND HILLS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON
FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.

7 WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
Council held on May 20, 1996, the Auburn City Council approved

]0 the Final Plat of LAKELAND HILLS, DIVISION NO. 12, PHASE I,
~ 11 Application No. PLT0005-90, based on the following:

1. The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
]6
with the Preliminary Plat approved by
]7 Resolution No. 2640 and all applicable
conditions have been met. Lakeland Hills,
18 Division 12, Phase I, is a 9-lot single family
subdivision located east of Lakeland Hills,
]9
Division No. 2.

2. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
91 and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
with the City's engineering standards.

] CONCLUSIONS OF

1. The Final Plat is in compliance and in
3 conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
Division Ordinances and other applicable land
4 use controls.

2. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
6 Plan.
7 3. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter
58.17 RCW.

Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions,
11 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
12 WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
13 ~ The Plat of Lakeland Hills, Division No. 12,

Phase I, a 9-lot single family subdivision located east of
Lakeland Hills, Division No. 2, within the City of Auburn,
17 Washington, which Plat is on file with the City Clerk of the
18 City of Auburn, and which plat is legally described on the
19 attached Exhibit "A", is hereby approved.

~_~ Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the final plat
conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
22
23 complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
24 applicable state and local laws.

~9_~r~kg~ Upon the passage, approval and publication of
this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk of the City
of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the

5 office of the King County Auditor.
6 ~ The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement

such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
8
out the directives of this legislation.

~ This Ordinance shall take effect and be in

1! force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
12 publication, as provided by law.
