AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY' OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLJ~T OF A 6-LOT SINGLE-FA_MILY
SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS "SMALKAMISH ESTATES" LOCATED AT THE
NORTH TERMINUS OF FOSTER AVENUE S.E., WITHIN THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE WITH THE
CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
Council held on December 2, 1996, the Auburn .City Council
approved the Final Plat of ~SMALKAMISH ESTATES", Application
No. PLT0001-93, based on the following:
The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
with the Preliminary Plat approved by
Resolution No. 2421 and all applicable
conditions have been met. SMALKAMISH ESTATES is
a 6-lot single-family subdivision located at
the north terminus of Foster Avenue S.E.,
within the City of Auburn, Washington.
The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
with the City's engineering standards.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Final Plat is in compliance and in
conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
Division Ordinances and other applicable land
use controls.
The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
Plan.
The Plat meets the requirements of 'Chapter
58.17 RCW.
Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
~ The Plat of SMALKAMISH
single-family subdivision located at the
Foster Avenue S.E., within the City of Auburn,
which Plat is on file with the City Clerk of
Auburn, and which plat is legally described on the attached
Exhibit "A", is hereby approved.
Pa~ Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the final plat
conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
applicable state and local laws.
