~. The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
15 with the Preliminary Plat approved by
16 Resolution No. 2640 and all applicable
conditions have been met. Lakeland Hills,
]7 Division 14, Phase I, is a 25-1ot single family
subdivision located north of 53rd ST. SE and

west of Lakeland Hills Way.
2. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
20 and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
with the City's engineering standards

1 CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
1. The Final Plat is in compliance and in
3 conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
Division Ordinances and other applicable land
4 use controls.

2. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
6 Plan.
7 3. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter
58.17 RCW.

9 Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions,
10 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

~ The Plat of Lakeland Hills, Division No. 14,
Phase I, a 25-1ot single family subdivision located north of

15 53rd ST. SE and west of Lakeland Hills Way within the City of
~6 Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file with the City Clerk

of the City of Auburn, and which plat is legally described on
~8
the attached Exhibit "A", is hereby approved.

20 ~ Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the final plat
2! conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
22 complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
applicable state and local laws.

! ~ Upon the passage, approval and publication of

this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk of the City
of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the

5 office of the King County Auditor.
6 ~ The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
7 such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
8
out the directives of this legislation.

~ This Ordinance shall take effect and be in

11 force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
12 publication, as provided by law.
