AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF A 30-LOT SINGLE-FAMILY
SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS "RIVERWALK, DIVISION 2B LOCATED
SOUTH OF HOWARD ROAD AND WEST OF THE FOREST RIDGE
NEIGHBORHOOD, WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
Council held on February 18, 1997, the Auburn City Council
approved the Final Plat of RIVERWALK, DIVISION 2B, Application
No. PLT0001-94, based on the following:
The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
with the Preliminary Plat approved by
Resolution No. 2587 and all applicable
conditions have been met. Riverwalk Division
2B is a 30-lot single-family subdivision
located south of Howard and west of the Forest
Ridge neighborhood.
The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
with the City's engineering standards.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Final Plat is in compliance and in
conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
Division Ordinances and other applicable land
use controls.
The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
Plan.
The Plat meets the requirements of ~Chapter
58.17 RCW.
Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk of the City
of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the
office of the King County Auditor.
~ The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necess~.ry to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
~ This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
