WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4869 WHICH APPROVED THE

5 JUNE 3, 1996 TO CORRECT THE DESCRIPTION OF LAKELAND HILLS,
DIVISION 14, PHASE I, TO DESCRIBE THE LOCATION TO BE ON EITHER
6 SIDE OF 53RD ST. SE RATHER THAN "LOCATED NORTH OF 53RD ST. SE"
AND TO CORRECT THE NUMBER OF SINGLE FAMILY LOTS FROM "25" TO

13 AND TO CORRECT THE LOCATION OF THE SUBDIVISION TO BE EAST
8 RATHER THAN ~WEST" OF LAKELAND HILLS WAY.

11 WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
12 Council held on May 20, 1996, the Auburn City Council approved
13
the Final Plat of LAKELAND HILLS, DIVISION NO. 14, PHASE I,

Application No. PLT0005-90; and

16 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4869 was passed June 3, 1996
17 reflecting the Auburn City Council's action on May 20, 1996;

WHEREAS, it is necessary to correct errors describing the

contained in Ordinance No. 4869 in the Findings of Fact and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,

KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, APPROVES AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO.
4869 AS REFLECTED HEREIN BY STRIKE THROUGHS AND UNDERLINES AS
4
5 FOLLOWS:
7 WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
8 Council held on May 20, 1996, the Auburn City Council approved
9 the Final Plat of LAKELAND HILLS, DIVISION NO. 14, PHASE I,
Application No. PLT0005-90, based on the following:

1. The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
15 with the Preliminary Plat approved by
Resolution No. 2640 and all applicable
16 conditions have been met. Lakeland Hills,
Division 14, Phase I, is a ((Lz~)) 13-lot single
17 family subdivision located ((.north))
]8 side of 53rd ST. SE and ((%:cst)) east of
Lakeland Hills Way.
2. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
20 and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
2] with the City's engineering standards.

CONCLUSIONS OF L~W
1. The Final Plat is in compliance and in
$ conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
Division Ordinances and other applicable land

use controls.

2. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
Plan.

3. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter
8 58.17 RCW.
9 Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions,

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COLrNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,

WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
13 ~ The Plat of Lakeland Hills, Division No. 14,
Phase I, a ((Lu3)) 13-lot single family subdivision located
15 ((ncrt.h)) ' ' of 53rd ST. SE and ((west)) east of
Lakeland Hills Way within the City of Auburn, Washington,
which Plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City of

Auburn, and which plat is legally described on the attached
20 Exhibit "A", is hereby approved.
21 ~ Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the final plat
22
conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
23
complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
24
25 applicable state and local laws.

~ Upon the passage, approval and publication of

this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk of the City
of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the

5 office of the King County Auditor.
6 ~ The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement

such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
8
out the directives of this legislation.
9
10 ~ This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
l! force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
12 publication, as provided by law.
