AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, REPEALING
AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 4908 PASSED SEPTEMBER 16, 1996
PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW DUPLEXES ON
PROPERTY ZONED R-2 (SINGLE-FAMILY) LOCATED EASTERLY OF ~W"
STREET NW AND WESTERLY OF THE TERMINUS OF 15TH STREET NW,
WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, the applicant, ST Corporation, has requested
that the 1996 approval of a preliminary plat, conditional use
permit, and surface mining permit allowing for the development
of a single family and duplex subdivision consisting

W~EREAS, the Hearin9 Examiner, based upon staff review,
held a public hearin9 to consider said petition in the Council
Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, on April 22, 1997, at the
conclusion of which the Hearin9 Examiner recommended the
repeal of Auburn City Ordinance No. 4908 as the duplex lots
are no longer necessary on the property located easterly of
Street NW and westerly of the terminus of 15th Street NW.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
