WHEREAS, the applicant, ST Corporation, has requested that the 1996 approval of a preliminary plat, conditional use permit, and surface mining permit allowing for the development of a single family and duplex subdivision consisting lots be revised. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ~ Auburn City Ordinance No. September 16, 1996 that approved a Conditional allow duplexes easterly of ~W" Street NW, within the City of Auburn, County of Kin~, Washington, is herewith repealed in its entirety.
