WASHINGTON, ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION TO SECTION 10.36.310
ENTITLED '~PROHIBITED PARKING AREAS-SOUTHEAST AUBURN" ,
CONTAINED IN AUBURN CITY CODE CHAPTER 10.36 ENTITLED
'~STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING", TO ELIMINATE P~LRKING ON "D"
STREET SE BETWEEN THE SOUTH CURBLINE OF 37TH STREET SE AND THE
NORTH CURBLINE OF 41ST STREET SE. -

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
~-~-~. Auburn City Code Section 10.36.310 entitled
"Prohibited parking areas-Southeast Auburn" contained in
Auburn City Code Chapter 10.36 entitled "Stopping, Standing
and Parking", is hereby amended to restrict parking on "D"
Street Southeast between the south curbline of
37th Street SE
and the north curbline
on attached Exhibit
by this reference.

of 41st Street Southeast, as set forth
which Exhibit is incorporated herein
is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directions of this legislation.
