WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City Council held on June 16, 1997, the Auburn City Council approved the Final Plat of RIVERWALK DIVISION #3, Application No. PLT0001-94, based on the following: The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance with the Preliminary Plat approved by Resolution No. 2587 and all applicable conditions have been met. Riverwalk Division #3, is an 8-lot single-family subdivision located at south of Howard Road and west of the Forest Ridge neighborhood. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent with the City's engineering standards. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The Final Plat is in compliance and in conformity with applicable Zoning and Land Ordinance No. 4984 June 18, 1997 Page 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 3 o Division Ordinances and other applicable land use controls. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW. Based on the foregoin9 Findings of Fact and Conclusions, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ~ The Plat of RIVERWALK DIVISION ~3, an 8-lot single-family subdivision located south of Howard Road and west of the Forest Ridge neighborhood, within the City of Auburn, Washington, of the City of Auburn, the face of the Final hereby approved. ~ Pursuant conforms to all terms of which Plat is on file with the City Clerk and which plat is legally described on Plat and attached as Exhibit "A", is to RCW 58.17.170, the final plat the preliminary plat approval and 58.17 RCW and complies with all requirements of Chapter applicable state and local laws. ~ Upon the passage, approval and publication of this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk of the City Ordinance No. 4984 June 18, 1997 Page 2 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance office of the Kin9 County Auditor. to be recorded in the ~ The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation. ~ This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
