3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
4 WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF I~%KELAND DIVISION NO.
9, A 56-LOT SINGLE-FAMILY SUBDIVISION LOCATED WITHIN LAKELAND
5 HILLS, WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBUR/~, WASHINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE
PL~%T ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.

WqffEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
Council held on August 4, 1997, the Auburn City Council

10 approved the Final Plat of LAKELAND DIVISION NO. 9,
11 Application No. PLT0005-90, based on the following:

1. The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
15 with the Preliminary Plat
approved
by
Resolution No. 2640 and all applicable
1~ conditions have been met. LAKEiJ%ND DIVISION
NO. 9, is a 56-1ot single-family subdivision
located within Lakeland Hills.

2. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
19 and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
20 with the City's engineering standards.

23 1. The Final Plat is in compliance and in
conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
24 Division Ordinances and other applicable land
use controls.

2 2. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
Plan.

4 3. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter
58.17 RCW.

Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions,
7 NOW, THEREFORE, T~E CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF AUBURN,
8 WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
9 ~ The Plat of I2~KELAND DIVISION NO. 9, a 56-1ot
single-family subdivision located within Lakeland Hills,
within the City of Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file

with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and which plat is
14 legally described on the face of the Final Plat and attached
as Exhibit ~'A", is hereby approved.
~ Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the final Dlat
conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
19 complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
20 applicable state and local laws.
21 ~ Upon the passage, approval and publication of
this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk of the City
of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the

office of the King County Auditor.

] ~ The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
3 such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.

5 ~ This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
6 force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and

publication, as provided by law.
