AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF RIVERWALK DIVISION #4,
A 17-LOT SINGLE-FAMILY SUBDIVISION LOCATED WITHIN THE
RIVERWALK SUBDIVISION THAT IS LOCATED SOUTH OF HOWARD ROAD, IN
THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE
WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
Council held on September 2, 1997, the Auburn City Council
approved the Final Plat of RIVERWALK DIVISION #4, Application
No. PLT0001-94, based on the following:

The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
with the Preliminary Plat approved by
Resolution No. 2587 and all applicable
conditions have been met. Riverwalk Division
#4, is a 17-lot single-family subdivision
located within Riverwalk.
The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
with the City's engineering standards.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Final Plat is in compliance and in
conformity with 'applicable Zoning and Land
Ordinance No. 5008

such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
