WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City Council held on September 2, 1997, the Auburn City Council approved the Final Plat of RIVERWALK DIVISION #5, Application No. PLT0001-94, based on the following: 2 ° The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance with the Preliminary Plat approved by Resolution No. 2587 and all applicable conditions have been met. Riverwalk Division #4, is a 53-1ot single-family subdivision located within Riverwalk. The Final Pl'at is in compliance with the Zoning and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent with the City's engineering standards. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. 3. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW.
