WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City Council held on September 15, 1997, the Auburn City Council approved the Final Plat of ~D" Street, Application No. PLT0005-95, based on the following: The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance with the Preliminary Plat approved by Resolution No. 2724 and all applicable conditions have been met. "D" Street Plat, is a 16-lot duplex subdivision located on the west side of "D" Street SE, in the 3500 block. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent with the City's engineering standards. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The Final Plat is in compliance and in conformity with applicable Zoning and Land Division Ordinances and other applicable land use controls. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW.
