AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF KD" STREET, A 16-LOT
SUBDIVISION LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF ~D" STREET SE, IN THE
3500 BLOCK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF
THE CITY OF AUBURN.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
Council held on September 15, 1997, the Auburn City Council
approved the Final Plat of ~D" Street, Application No.
PLT0005-95, based on the following:
The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
with the Preliminary Plat approved by
Resolution No. 2724 and all applicable
conditions have been met. "D" Street Plat, is
a 16-lot duplex subdivision located on the west
side of "D" Street SE, in the 3500 block.
The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
with the City's engineering standards.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Final Plat is in compliance and in
conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
Division Ordinances and other applicable land
use controls.

2. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
Plan.
3. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter
58.17 RCW.
Based on the foregoin9 Findin9s of Fact and Conclusions,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
~ The Plat of ~D" Street, a 16-lot subdivision
located on the west side of KD" Street SE, in the 3500 block,
in the City of Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file with
the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and which plat is
legally described on the face of the Final Plat and attached
as Exhibit "A", is hereby approved.
~ Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the final plat
conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
applicable state and local laws.
~ Upon the passage,
