HomeMy WebLinkAbout5154 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 1 2 3 4 5 ORDINANCE NO. 5 i 5 4 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5138 TO APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF ADDITIONAL GRANT FUNDS FROM THE STATE OF WASHINGTON MILITARY DEPARTMENT, EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DIVISION TO FUND HAZMAT RESPONDER TEAM IN THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY- SEVEN AND 17/100 DOLLARS, ($887.17) FOR OVERTIME PLAITNING EXPENSES. WHEREAS, the Auburn City Council of the City of Auburn must adopt and approve all appropriations by Ordinance pursuant to Chapter 35A.33 RCW; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Auburn City Ordinance No. 5138 passed August 17, 1998, is hereby amended to approve the expenditure and appropriation of Washington State Military Department grant funds in the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN AND 17/100 DOLLARS ($887.17) to provide for additional overtime planning expenses relating to the Hazardous Material Regional Response Team exercise conducted September 1, 1998 by the Auburn Fire Department.
