AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON TO AFFIRM
THAT THE EXISTING DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS IN THE AUBURN
MUNICIPAL CODE ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S ADOPTED
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE GROVVTH
MANAGEMENT ACT.
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the existing development regulations
in the City of Auburn Municipal Code and found them to be consistent with the
City's adopted Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Auburn development regulations in the City of
Auburn Municipal Code are hereby affirmed as being consistent with the City's
adopted Comprehensive Plan under the Growth Management Act.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of
this legislation.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
