HomeMy WebLinkAbout5254 ORDINANCE NO. 5 2 5 4 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5238 PASSED MAY 17, 1999, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR. WHEREAS, Ordinance 5238, entitled 'AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR A DRIVE-THROUGH RESTAURANT ON PROPERTY ZONED C-1, LIGHT COMMERCIAL, LOCATED AT 1801-1815 HOWARD ROAD, WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON." contained a scrivener's error; and WHEREAS, the error needs to be corrected. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Auburn Ordinance No. 5238 is amended to correct a scrivener's error in the first paragraph on page two (2) as set forth below: "WHEREAS, the City Council, on April 29, 1990, May 3. 1999 considered said request and affirmed the Hearing Examiner's decision for the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a drive-through restaurant on property zoned C-1 (Light Commercial) located at 1801-1815 Howard Road, Ordinance No. 5254 June 15, 1999 Page 1 within the City of Auburn, Washington, based upon the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions, to-wit:" Section 2. The remainder of the Ordinance remains unchanged. Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this legislation.
