AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CITY CODE
CHAPTER 10.36 ENTITLED "STOPPING, STANDING AND
PARKING" BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 10.36.343 ENTITLED
"NO PARKING BETWEEN 4:30 AM AND 7:30 AM" FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DESIGNATING PROHIBITED PARKING HOURS
ON CERTAIN STREETS.
WHEREAS, a review of the current parking restrictions in certain areas of
the City revealed a need to designate certain streets for prohibited parking during
certain hours of the day.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a new Section 10.36.343, of the City of Auburn Code is
adopted to read as follows:
10.36.343. No Parkinq Between 4:30 AM and 7:30 AM.
It is unlawful to park any vehicle on the followinq streets between the hours of
4:30 a.m. and 7:30 am except Saturdays. Sundays. and holidays.
"A" Street Northwest. east and west sides. beqinninq at the north curbline of 1 st
Street Northwest and continuinq northward 200 feet
2nd Street Southwest. south side, between South Division Street and "A" Street
Southwest.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
ordinance.

Section 3. If any portion of this Ordinance or its application to any person
or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the Ordinance or the
application of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be
affected.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
