HomeMy WebLinkAbout5970 ORDINANCE NO.5 9 7 0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, FOR THE YEAR 2006 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. By approving the Ordinance, the City Council authorizes the unaffiliated employees compensation to be increased by two and one quarter percent (2.25%) for cost of living and contribute one half percent (.50%) to unaffiliated employees VEBA Medical Savings Plan, effective January 1, 2006, and that the City continue to contribute toward health care premiums at the current ratio. Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
