the following described real Mate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
That portion of Tract "1" of the Town of Christopher as recorded in Volume 7 of Plats,
page 30, Records of King County, Washington; lying Easterly of West Valley Highway,
Situate in Section 1, Township 21 North, Range 4 E.W.M.; Described as follows:
Beginning at the S.W. corner of the above described parcel of land; thence S86020148"
E along the Northerly margin of 37th St. N.W., 33.05 feet to the point on curve of a
curve, said curve having a radius of 40.00 feet, a radial bearing of N3039112"E and
a central angle of 79008147"; thence Northwesterly along said curve 55.25 feet to the
Easterly margin of said West Valley Highway; thence Southerly along said Easterly margin
33.05 feet to the point of beginning.
The lands herein described contain an area of 216.91 square feet, more or less.
The undersigned hereby waiveN any requirement for a written notice and agree to
surrender possession of the lands and/or rights herein conveyed, granted, trans-
ferred or released upon the date of acceptance of this instrument of conveyance by
the City.
The undersigned grantors hereby authorize and instruct the City of Auburn to pay the
entire consideration to William H. Finkbeiner and Richard A. Clifford and direct that
the State voucher in payment thereof shall be executed only by said William H. Finkbeiner
and Richard A. Clifford.
