McKENZIE, as Comptroller of King County, State of Washington, party of the first
part, and the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, party of the second part-..
D WITNESSETH: That whereas the Executive of King County of the County of
Q-King, State of Washington, after negotiation with representatives of the CITY OF

AUBURN, a municipal corporation, the said real estate hereinbefore described,
as fully and completely as the said party of the first part can by virtue of
the premises convey the same.
