All that certain real property situate in the Incorporated Territory of the City of Auburn, King County,
State of Washington, being a portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
11, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, being also a portion of the Third
EXCEPTION to the parcel of land described in Deed to ST CORPORATION recorded under Recorder's
File No. 9411010139, King County Records, the boundaries of which are more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section
11, as shown on the Plat of "West Beverly Hill Division I", recorded in Volume 140, of Plats, Pages 97-
100, under Recorder's File No. 8804070507, King County Records; Thence, along the North-South
,-d centerline of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, South 01°11'28" West 30.01 feet, to the TRUE
LID POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described parcel of land;
