THENCE Southerly, along said right-of-way margin, 660 feet, more or less, to the South line of said Section
12;
THENCE East, along said South line, 584.5 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
EXCEPT that portion thereof, if any, lying Northerly of a certain fence along which the North boundary of
said premises was fixed by decree April 14, 1928, in King County Superior Court Cause No. 206455.
This deed is given under the threat of and in lieu of Eminent Domain.
