consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor, Berg Properties,
L.L.C., a Washington limited liability company, hereby bargains, sells and conveys in
fee simple to The City of Auburn, a municipal corporation of King County,
Washington, Grantee, its successors and assigns, the following described real property
for road right of way and appurtenances thereto, said real property being described as
