RESOLUTION NO. 525
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, A CONTRACT BETWEEN EASTRIDGE MANOR
WATER COMPANY AND THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, WHEREBY THE MUNICIPAL WATER
SUPPLY OF THE CITY OF AUBURN CAN BE EXTENDED TO THE MEMBERS AND IJSERS OF THE
EASTRIDGE MANOR WATER COMPANY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, be and they are
hereby authori zed and di rected to sign, on behalf of the City, a Contract between
Eastridge Manor Water Company and the City of Auburn, Washington, whereby the municipal
water supply of the City of Auburn can be extended to the members and users of the
Eastridge Manor Water Company, a copy of said Contract is attached hereto, designated
as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof as though set forth herein in full.
