A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, A
CONSTRUCTION-AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY`OF AUBURN AND
THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILWAY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign, on behalf of the City, a
Construction and Maintenance Agreement between the City of Auburn and the
Burlington Northern Railway; in the interest of aiding motor vehicular traffic,
the City, in connection with the widening of Ellingson Road, is proposing to re-
construct the existing Railroad Bridge No. 23.0 of the Railway's Seattle to Centralia
line at or near Railway Survey Station 350+20.25, MP 23+4797.55, located in the SE
1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25 and the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 36, all
in Township 21 N., Range 4 E., W.M., at Auburn, Washington, as more particularly
shown on the map attached to the contract. That a copy of said agreement is
hereto attached, designated as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof as though set
forth herein in full.
