A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION
OF STREET UN-IMPROVED RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE R. TIPPEY ROAD AKA LAKE TAPPS
ROAD IN THE SE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 SECTION 32, T'~IP 21 N,-RANGE 5 E. W.M.SITUATE
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
THAT a public hearing shall be had for the purpose of hearing and determining
whether or not the hereinafter described street right-of-way situate on a portion
of the R. Tippey Road AKA Lake Tapps Road in the SE l/4 of SE 1/4 Section 32, Twp
21 N, Range 5 E.W.M. within the corporate limits of the City of Auburn, shall be
vacated. That a hearing on said vacation shall be had on the 5th day of March,..
1973, at 8:00 P.M. and all persons interested in said vacation may then be heard.
That the legal description of the street right-of-way to be vacated is as follows,
to-wit:
A strip of land 40 ft. wide in Section 32, Twp 21 R5 E.W.11.
the center line of which runs as follows: Beginning at a
point on the South line of said Section 32, 52.9 ft.-West
of the S.E. corner to same; th N. 21°03' E. T50.1 ft., to
the east line of said Section 32. Also a strip of land 40
ft. wide in said Section 32 the center line of which runs
as follows: Beginning at a point on theeast line of-said Section
32, 322.7 ft. North of the S.E. corner of same; th N. 24°57' W.
180.4 ft., th N. 14°27' W, 200 ft; th N. 27°27'- W, 145. ft; th
N. 49°57' W., 155 ft.; th N.-59°57' W. 2070 ft.; th S. 84°33'
W. 329,5 ft.; th N. 85°27' W. 199,4 ft. to the South In of
53rd street S.E. (Stuck River Rd - Orvetz Rd). The above
description as recorded Volume 451 of Deeds, page 165 deed to
King County dated 5 April 1906.. LESS that portion of Lake Tapps
Rd. Deeds recorded Volume 4589/583 and Volume 5216/664, situate
in the County of King, State of Wasington.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
THAT the-.City Clerk is hereby directed to give required notice of the pendency of
the street vacation referred to hereinabove, as provided by law.
