A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A DEED ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, DEDICATING A PORTION OF REAL PROPERTY.
OWNED BY THE CITY OF AUBURN FOR STREET PURPOSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Auburn, Washington, herewith resolves that the
Mayor is herewith authorized to execute a deed dedicating a portion of real property
owned by the City of Auburn for street purposes. The property is commonly known as
Fulmer Field and the portion of property to be dedicated is legally described as
follows:
That portion of Block "A" French's Addition to Town of
Slaughter as recorded in Volume 5, page 52 of plats, re-
cords of King County,.orJashington, described as follows:
The south 10 feet of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and the south 10
feet of the east 120 feet of Lot 6, Block "A" French's
addition to Town of Slaughter.
PASSED and SIGNED this 5TH day of February, 1973
