AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT PERTAINLNG TO CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGE N0. 102..2
4TH SUB., PACIFTC DIVISION, AUBURN, WASHINGTON, BETWEEN THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AND THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD CORPORATION, INC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk of Auburn, Washington, be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to sign, on behalf of the City, a con-
struction and maintenance agreement pertaining to construction of bridge No.
102.2 4th. Sub., Pacific Division, Auburn, Washington, between the City of
Auburn, Washington, and the Burlington Northern Railroad Corporation, Inc.
