A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DESIGNATING THE PACIFIC NATIONAL
BANK OF WASHINGTON, AS THE OFFICIAL CUSTODIAN FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN:OF
THE UNZTEp STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT
NUMBER 41436:ESTABLI;SHED FOR THE. PURPOSE OF REIMBURSING THE CITY OF
AUBURN FOR FUNDS EXPENDED ON WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES PROGRAM.
THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING
DULY ASSEMBLED HEREWITH. RESOLVES THAT
The Mayor and Finance Director for the City of Auburn, Washington, are
herewith. authorized to designate the Pacific National Bank of Washington as the
custodian of funds received by the City of Auburn for its water and sewer facilities
program under the United States Housing and Urban Development account number 41436,
wherein the City of Auburn is the recipient of Federal grant funds of a maximum of
fifty percent (_50%) of $927,900 under Project WS-Wash 98; Contract No. H602-2796.
and the Director of Finance-for the City of Auburn, Washington, is further authorized
to make deposits into that fund and withdrawals therefrom for the purposes of
administering those monies under that federal program.
