CONTRACT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SATISFYING UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSIfJG AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AUDIT OF FUfJDS
RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF AUBURN UNDER AUDIT CONTRACT HUD 41436 PERTAIN-
ING TO WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES PROGRAM FOR THE CITY CF AUBURN,
WASHINGTOiV.
THE CITY COUfJCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, 'vASHINGTON, HEREWITH RESOLVES
IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED THAT
THE Director of Finance for the City of Auburn, Washington, is herewith
authorized to enter into an audit contract for the purpose of satisfying United
States Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements regarding the
administration of audit contract HUD-41436 pertaining to the water and sewer
facilities program for the City of Auburn, Washington, and further pertaining
to Project WS-Wash 98; Contract No. H602-2796 pertaining to a grant by the City
of Auburn, Washington, of a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of $927,900.00.
