A RESOLUTLON OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, AN AGREEMENT
WITH.`. THE WASHINGTON STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION FOR FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION
TN THE COST OF HLGHWAY WIDENING AND IMPROVEMENT OF AUBURN WAY SOUTH
(SR'164~ AND 32ND STREET SOUTHEAST TO PROVIDE LEFT TURN_CHANNELIZATION
LOCATED WITHIN THE AUBURN CITY LIMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE.
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington,
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sign, on behalf of the. City,
an agreement with. the Washington State Highway Commission for financial partici-
pation in the cost of highway widening and improvement of Auburn Way South
(SR 164 and 32nd Street Southeast, to provide left turn channelization located
within the Auburn City Limits. A copy of said agreement is hereto attached,
designated as Exhibit."A" and made a part hereof as though set forth herein
in full.
