A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A PROJECT
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF WASHINGTON INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE FOR
OUTDOOR RECREATION FOR-THE BRANNAN PARK DEVELOPMENT -.PHASE I.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk of Auburn, Washington, be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to sign, on behalf of the City, a Project
Agreement with the State of Washington Interagency Committee for Outdoor
Recreation for the development of Brannan Park, Phase'l; a copy of said Project
Agreement is hereto attached, designated as Exhibit."A" and made a part hereof
as though set forth herein full.
