A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK, TO SIGN, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY AND LAMBUTH, SILL AND SPRAGUE, INC.,-AUTHORIZING THE
CITY TO UTILIZE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OF SAID LAMBUTH, SILL AND SPRAGUE,
INC.
THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the-Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to sign, on behalf of the City, an
agreement between the City and Lambuth, Sill and Sprague, Inc a, authorizing the
City to utilize certain real property of said Lambuth, Sill and Sprague, Inc.,
from the period July 2, 1973 through July 7, 1973, for grading and preparation
of said real property, and during the day of July 8, 1973, for the purpose of
allowing the public to park their automobiles and to display their military
displays an said real property. A copy of said Agreement is attached hereto,
designated as Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof as though set forth herein
in full.
