A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT,
BETWEEN THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE AND THE MUCKLESHOOT TRIBE, MUCKLE-
SHOOT INDIAN RESERVATION AND THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, be
and they are hereby authorized to sign, on behalf of the City, a Memorandum
of Agreement between The Indian Health Service and The Muckleshoot Tribe,
Muckleshoot Indian Reservation and The City of Auburn, wherein the Muckelshoot
Tribe is desirous of obtaining satisfactory water supply and adequate waste
disposal facilities for the Indians on the Muckleshoot Reservation. A copy
of said agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof as though set
forth in full.
