A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND DEPUTY CITY CLERK, TO SIGN, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, A RELEASE
OF EASEMENT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY PURCHASED BY THE CITY OF AUBURN FROM
THE HUMBLE OIL AND REFINING CQMPANY.
THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and the geputy City Clerk of the City of Auburn,
Washington, be and they are hereby authorized-and directed to sign, on behalf
of the City of Auburn, a release of easement for certain property purchased by
the City of Auburn from the Humble Oil and Refining Company; said property named
in the attached Bill of Sale, hereto denominated as Exhibit."A", and made a part
hereof as though set forth in full.
