A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONSTRUCTION
AND MAINTENANCE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT N0. 1, PERTAINING TO CONSTRUCTION OF
BRIDGE N0. l 02.2 '4TH SUB., PACIFIC DIVISION, AUBURN, WASHINGTON, BETWEEN THE
CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AND THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD CORPORATION ,INC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk of Auburn, Washington, be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign, on behalf of the City,
a construction and maintenance supplemental agreement No. T, pertaining
to construction of bridge No. T02.2 4th Sub., Pacific Division, Auburn,
Washington, between the City of Auburn, Washington, and the Burlington
Northern Railroad Corporation, Inc..

SUPPLEMENT TO EASEMENT
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, between BURLINGTON NORTHERN INC., a
Delaware corporation, hereinafter called Railway Company, and the
CITY OF AUBURN, hereinafter called City:
By easement dated April 3, 1973, Railway Company granted to
~,, the City an easement for roadway purposes only upon and across the
~ surface of the Railway's right of way upon the following described
s premises situated in King County, State of Washington:

n, Those areas located in the SE 4SE a of Section 13,
-~ Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., and the
'~ SW4SW4 of Section 18, Township 21 North, Range
1^- 5 East, W.M., a.t Auburn, Washington, as shown
in RED color on Exhibit "A-1" map dated August 4,
1972, attached thereto and by this reference
made a part thereof.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto, in consideration of Four
Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Five and No/100 Dollars ($4,685.00) to
be paid by the City, hereby agree as follows:

The description of said premises in said easement is hereby
amended to include the following described premises:
Those areas located in the SE45E4 of Section 13,
Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., at Auburn,
Washington, as shown in RED color on the Exhibit
"A-1" map dated March 9, 1973, revised June 20,
1973, attached hereto and made a part hereof.

As hereby amended said easement shall remain in full force
and effect.
