A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, AN AGREE-
MENT BETWEEN THE CITY:OF AUBURN AND HARTER & RUPERT, CONSULTING ENGINEERS
FOR THE PROPOSED DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF 120 UNIT SPACE GARDEN MAUSOLEUM.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk for the City of Auburn, Washington, be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign, on behalf of the City of Auburn,
an agreement between the City of Auburn and Harter & Rupert, Consulting Engineers,
for the proposed design and development of 120 unit space Garden Mausoleum,
situated at the Mountain View Cemetery, City of Auburn ,Washington.
