A RESOLUTION OF .THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE 1974-1979 BIENNIAL
REVISIONS AND EXTENSIONS OF-THE COMPREHENSIVE STREET PROGRAM OF THE CITY
OF AUBURN PURSUANT TO R.C:W: CHAPTER 35.77 OF THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF
WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, R.C:W: Chapter 35.77 of the Laws of the State of Washington, require
that the legislative body of each city and town within the State of Washington prepare
and adopt a comprehensive street program for the ensuing six years and that such
program biennially reviewed each two years thereafter; and,
WHEREAS, the-City of Auburn, by Resolution No. 79, has heretofore adopted a
comprehensive street program for the ensuing six years; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn, by Resolution No. 198, has heretofore adopted
its secdnd biennial revisions and extensions to said comprehensive street program,
for the years 1966-1967; and,
WHEREAS, the City pf Auburn, by Resolution No. 292, has heretofore adopted
i,ts third biennial revisions and extensions to said comprehensive street program
for the years 196$-1969; and,
WHEREAS, subsequently the City of Auburn, by Resolution No. 416, has heretofore
adopted its fourth biennial revisions and extensions to said comprehensive street
program fqr the years 1971-197; and,
WHEREAS, subsequently the City of Auburn, by Resolution No. 480, has hereto-
fore adopted its fifth biennial revisions and extensions to said comprehensive
street program for the years 1972-1977; and,
WHEREAS, subsequently the City of Auburn, by Resolution No. 523, has
heretofore adopted its sixth biennial revisions and extensions to said comprehensive
street program for the years 1973-1978; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing to consider the adoption of the 1974-1979 biennial
revisions. and extensions to the comprehensive street program for the City of Auburn
was held on the 4th day of September, 1973, at the hour of 8:00 P.M: in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall pursuant to notice published in the legal newspaper of
the City of Auburn on August 26, 1974; and

WHEREAS, said 1974-Jg79 biennial revisions to the comprehensive street
plan of the City of Auburn was approved by the City Council by motion duly made
and carried in said hearing,
NOW, THEREFORE, 6E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is attached hereto and denominated as Exhibit."A" and
the terms of which are incorporated herewith by reference as though fully set
forth, a designation of the streets within the corporate limits of the City of
Auburn to be improved in the manner therein set forth during the year set for
the improvement of such street or streets.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Auburn is hereby authorized
and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Director of
Highways and the Urban Arterial Board for the State of Washington for filing not
mare than thirty (30) days after the adoption of this Resolution.
