A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2039 PASSED FEBRUARY 5
1990, TO AMEND THE SCOPE OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED COMMITTEES OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section L. Auburn Resolution No. 2039 dated February 5,
1990, is amended in Section 2, Subsection C and D, to transfer
the cemetery and golf course from the Municipal Services
Committee to the Planning and Community Development Committee
as follows:
C. PLANNING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
PAT BURNS (Chair), DON KURLE (Vice
Chair), and STACEY BROTHERS.
SCOPE:
Makes recommendations to the City
Council as a whole on policies
relating to land use plan, zoning,
parks and recreation, library and
health services, cemetery and qolf
COUrSe.
D. MUNICIPAL SERVICES:
PETE WHITTALL (Chair), JUDI ROLAND
(Vice Chair), and RICH WAGNER.

SCOPE:
Makes recommendations to the City
Council as a whole on policies
relating to police and fire,
jurisdiction of all public buildings
for the maintenance and construction
(exclusive of utility buildings),
emergency planning, cable T.V., and
solid waste
Seotion 2. All remaining provisions of Resolution No.
2039 shall remain in force and effect.
8eotion 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
