A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF THE
PRELIMINARY PLAT OF "WEST BEVERLY HILL" DIVISIONS I, II AND
4 III FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR. '

6 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 17.06.110 of the Auburn City
7 Code, a preliminary plat is valid for a three (3) year period;
and

WHEREAS, ACC 17.06.110 and RCW 58.17.140 allow an
9
extension of the preliminary plat if the applicant has shown

good faith in obtaining final plat approval; and

WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for West Beverly Hill,
Divisions I, II and III was originally approved by Resolution
14 No 1688 which passed the City Council on May 19, 1986 and the
15 applicant has requested an extension of one year in 1989, 1990
1991 and 1992.

17 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
18 WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

20 SeCtion 1. The City Council hereby finds that a good
2! faith effort has been made by the applicant in obtaining final
22 plat approval for this project and that a one (1) year
23 extension of the preliminary plat be granted. The terms of

2 the extension shall incorporate all the conditions and terms
which are contained in the preliminary plat approval in
Resolution No. 1688.

5 section 2. The preliminary plat known as WEST BEVERLY
HILL, DIVISIONS I, II and III is hereby extended for one (1)
? year until May 19, 1994 and no further extensions will be
8 permitted. The preliminary plat of West Beverly Hill,
9 Divisions I, II and III refers to property located south from
10 15th Street N.W. (if extended) to South 320th Street lying
]! east of 60th Avenue South, on an 80 acre parcel, Divisions I
12 and II zoned R-2 (Single Family Residential) and Division III
!3 zoned C-3 (Heavy Commercial) and R-2 (Single Family
14 Residential).
15 Section $. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
this Resolution with the King County Records and Elections
17 Division upon its passage by the City Council.
!8 Section 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
19 such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
20 out the directives of this legislation.
