A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2274 PASSED JANUARY 20,
1992 AND DESIGNATING THE MEMBERS, POWERS, DUTIES AND MEETING
TIMES AND DAYS OF ALL STANDING COMMITTEES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF AUBURN FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 1993.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Auburn Resolution No. 2274 dated January 20,
1992 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The Standing Committees of the City Council
for the City of Auburn, Washington for the month of December,
1993 are as follows:

PUBLIC WORKS: RICH WAGNER (Chair), PAT BURNS (Vice
Chair), and DON KURLE (member).
SCOPE:
Makes recommendations to the City
Council as a whole on policies
relating to utilities, storm
drainage, streets and airports, and
policy matters involving construction
and private building inspection.
This Committee will coordinate
equipment rental matters with the
Finance Committee.

SCOPE:
In addition to the normal monitoring
of the financial expenditures of the
approved budget, this Committee will
make recommendations to the City

relating to personnel, legal, and
equipment rental.

Section 4. Unless otherwise designated by the Chairman,
the day and time of the meetings of the Standing Committees of
the City Council of the City of Auburn shall be as follows:
A.PUBLIC WORKS:
5:30 P.M.
First and third Mondays of each month.
B.FINANCE:
7:00 P.M.
First and third Mondays of each month.
C.PLANNING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
5:30 P.M.
Second and fourth Mondays of each month.
D. MUNICIPAL GRRVICRS~
4:30 P.M.
First and third Mondays of each month.
Section 5. The Mayor Pro Tem shall serve as an ex
officio of all standing Committees of the City Council. As
Mayor Pro Tem, Councilman Kurle will serve as an alternate to
all Council Committees.
Section 6. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
